What happens if you can’t collect my debt?

If you pass a debt over to us for collection and for some reason the debtor still does not pay then you have two options: we can issue legal proceedings against the debtor or we can close our file. Should you instruct us to close our file then there are no fees to pay – so you can rest-assured we will do all we can to collect your debt
