The
scale of court fees in the UK can be a
serious deterrent from seeking legal redress
from non-paying customers.
However,
clients of Collection House Ltd benefit
from paying the lowest rate of court fees
available in the UK.
By
utilising the Claims Production Centre
(“CPC”) we can save you up
to 50% of the initial court fee when compared
to issuing the claim through a local county
court and a significant saving when compared
to issuing through Money Claims OnLine.
For
example, to issue a small claim of £250
through the local county court the court
fee would be £30. Through Money Claims
OnLine it would cost £25. The clients
of Collection House Ltd pay only £15
through the CPC. Please see the table below
