of legal action then there would be nothing to pay.
We
have the confidence to be judged and paid by
our results.
Commission
applies only to the debt and is not charged
on any late payment fees recovered.
This
might mean that clients profit from instructing
us. The following are examples of how this
can be achieved:-
Client
passes a debt of £50.00
We collect the £50.00 plus £40.00 late payment compensation and £3.00
late payment interest. Total collected £93.00
We invoice commission of 5% on £50.00 = £2.50 plus VAT = £2.94
Client gets the debt paid and makes a £40.06 profit.
Client
passes a debt of £1050.00
We collect the £1050.00 plus £70.00 late payment compensation and £25.00
late payment interest. Total collected £1145.00
We invoice commission of 5% on £1050.00 = £52.50 plus VAT = £61.69
Client gets the debt paid and makes a £33.31 profit. |
