We provide Legal Services in conjunction with C W Harwood & Co Solicitors for issuing claims in England and Wales or when a jurisdiction clause permits. We have a panel of carefully chosen Solicitors for issuing proceedings in other jurisdictions. All appropriate debt claims are issued through the Bulk Issue Centre in Northampton resulting in reduced court fees for our clients. The Collection House / C W Harwood & Co team provide a very competitive fixed fee legal service with no limitations on value or volume. There are no restrictions on what can be done by the team and litigation at every level is provided.
