Should your claim be defended, we will continue to guide you through each step.

Defended actions are charged on a time cost basis at a rate determined by the level of lawyer intervention required and complexity of the issues involved. A claim is considered to be defended when a defence is filed or when a defendant applies to set aside or vary a judgment or order.

When claims are substantively defended and require a high level of lawyer intervention then your legal case may be transferred to our nominated solicitors to enable them to progress the claim directly with you.
