Collection House is successful in collecting overseas debt as we have a broad understating of jurisdictional obstacles which enables us to overcome many of the difficulties inherent in collecting debt abroad. Furthermore, we do not know of any Debt Recovery Agency within the UK which is prepared to tackle international debt, not only on our usual 5% commission rate and with no up-front fees, but also on a no-collection no-fee basis at the pre-legal stage. Should the issue of legal proceedings become inevitable then we will always provide our opinion on the likelihood of recovery and the potential costs involved. |
