Proper
service of documents requires patience, skill
and dedication and can often involve unsocial
hours and repeat visits.
Our process servers will do all that is necessary to effect personal service
of all documents and thereafter will provide '...appropriate Affidavits'
Our fee is typically £80.00 plus VAT to cover all time, mileage, reporting
plus the nominal fee for swearing the Affidavit. Our fee is payable regardless
of whether it proved possible to personally serve the document or not.
On occasions, it will be necessary for us to seek an increased budget should
a particular case so require but such an eventuality is rare.
The majority of our process serving instructions come by way of repeat business
from our many satisfied clients and we consider that this is testimony to our
ability to get the job done in a professional and economical manner.
