Founded in 1996 and incorporated in November 2000 we had a mission to become a one stop shop for the credit services sector. It was necessary to build strategic alliances with other specialists throughout the industry sector to support our own in-house expertise to achieve our one stop shop mission.
We have grown to become one of the leading Commercial Debt Collection agency's within the UK. During our 25 years we have acquired a reputation for providing sector leading results in a cost-effective manner. Our client portfolio ranges from large multi-national businesses to SME’s, charities, schools and individuals.
Who We Are
Collection House Ltd is a commercial cost-effective debt collection agency.
Over the years our reputation has grown resulting in expansion and rapid growth and we are now regarded as one of the leading debt collection agencies operating in the UK.
We are very proud of our roots and the journey over the past 25 years that has taken us to the enviable position that we find ourselves in today.
During our years, we have built excellent relationships with insolvency practitioners, accountants and law firms which enables us to help with any aspects of credit management.
Location
We are located in Trowbridge, the county town of Wiltshire. The town developed as a centre for the woollen cloth industry from the 14th century giving it a rich heritage. Today, the town boasts a beautiful park, play areas and sports facilities, as well as an array of shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants.
Head Office
Our head office is based inside The Longbarn at Paxcroft Farm, Hilperton, Trowbridge. Built in the mid 1800s, The Barn has seen many uses over the years. It has been a manger, cowshed, dairy, feed mill, farm shop, and has now been converted into our offices. Please don't hesitate to pop in and say hi!
