I have utilised the services of Collection House Ltd in various capacities since 2000. During this time I have noted that they are able to accommodate and service the needs of creditors representing just about every facet of industry and business sectors. Personally, I have instructed them concerning service related matters, wholesale and manufacturing during my various capacities with a number of companies.
Collection House adopts a proactive and conscientious approach to all matters; far from being one’s stereotypical “debtor basher”, I have found their conduct and interaction to be consistently professional and of a very high standard when dealing with clients and debtors alike. There has always been enthusiastic engagement during complex dispute resolution; they have routinely provided sound guidance and advice, and, have always strived for amicable solutions. I have lost count of the number of cases which have been resolved without the need for court action.
In addition to the foregoing, I have witnessed senior members of their team chair meetings and broker agreements between the parties in cases where relationships between creditor and debtor had previously broken down and, consequently, legal action had been considered inevitable. Their diplomatic approach is rarely seen amongst others in their field and this, together with the added comfort of a very strong legal team behind them, has certainly paid dividends and rescued relationships on many occasions.
More recently I have witnessed their cloud platform which provides instantaneous information and the associated reporting tools are readily available for any credit manager to take advantage of. The information therein is real time and is configured to suit and equip all members of the credit control/finance team.
To summarise, CH has never let me down; they have proven to be an essential part of the credit control cycle and whether this has been under the auspice of the client’s credit control team, during the early stages of credit control, or during the phase of more assertive, third party, debt recovery action and legal services, the service levels remain consistently high. I have no hesitation in recommending Collection House to any astute credit manager or business owner.
